Chris Anderson is a Brooklyn-based artist and technologist who uses engineering discipline to create wonder. When inspiration strikes, he uses CAD, rapid prototyping, and a lot of manual labor to create explorations of human and machine interaction in the physical world. A recent graduate of the School for Poetic Computation and a current Creative Researcher at The Office for Creative Research, he firmly believes in the power of poems over demos. Chris holds a BS in symbolic systems an and MS in computer science from Stanford University, and has worked at Google and founded his own software consultancy.
