NYU MusED Lab
Diana Castro is an interaction designer and Dj. She is interested in the use of technology for self transformation. She has worked on interactive art installations, electronic textiles, music interfaces and sound objects.
She holds a Bachelor of Information Design from UDLAP Mexico and a Masters from The Integrated Digital Media Program at NYU's Engineering School, with a focus on designing experiences for music engagement and wellbeing.
Currently, she collaborates researching and designing interfaces in the Music Experience Design Lab at NYU. She is also part of the Berlin based record label Etoro Records and Co-Founder of MuchaMuchacha, an open platform that displays the representation and transformation of women in the music of Mexico and Latin America.
